Refund and Returns Policy
At PawMergency®, your satisfaction and your pet's well-being are our top priorities. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Refund Eligibility
We accept refund requests under the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- The item is returned within 60 days of purchase.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at support@pawmergency.com with your order details.
- Approval: Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the product.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Non-Refundable Items
- Used or partially used products.
- Items not in their original packaging.
- Products purchased more than 60 days ago.
Exchanges
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll happily replace it at no additional cost.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and applied to your original payment method.
